Property blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the images.
Also included in this latest document release seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a legend detailing different areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the current congressional process.
